“The staff was mostly really nice except the lady that checked us in she was very hateful from the start and just had a rude ton. The guy at the information desk was very helpful. Johnny was probably the nicest at the bar. He was nice and helpful. I didn't know how to get a blue wrist bad and he told me I just had to sign a waiver. “The property was extremely out of date, black mold in the bathroom, trash just lying in the hallways, human feces smeared on the bathroom wall, the toilet bowl was loose and the tub was leaking scalding hot water. The TV was leaning from missing legs and the room phone was burned. My kids went to rhe pool and under the mats was mold and the water was green. The front desk couldnt move us so i checked out. “Our check in confirmation told us to go to one location. Upon arrival there was a hand written sign on door instructing us to get in car and drive to another location to check in. It was very confusing and inconvenient.”
