“Was not aware of waterpark not included with booking Timeshare took up the whole morning Gulf course closed at diff time than advertised. Not enough towels in room Hair all over sinks and sheets Asked for comforter for pull out bed, they brought SHEETS. Water slides closed after a long time at timeshare presentation. Water park closed upon arrival on Saturday While trying to work, a dog next door was constantly barking. Unable to work. Was unable to use parking pass at river terrace.”

“We absolutely loved our stay there!!! So much fun for our family! It was perfect for kids and adults! We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool and thoroughly enjoyed that the restaurant was right there and we didn’t even have to leave to get us some cheeseburgers. They even brought the food right to us. We will definitely be staying there again. The only issue we had the entire time was our mini fridge wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t need it, when we told them about it....

I wish the room was bigger but we had plenty of closet space and dresser space and storage for suitcases. The pool was a warm temperature The hot tub had a little too much chemicals , it made me itchy Kids at the pool were all over and splashing all over, parents not concerned about other people. “Check in was easy and our room was as advertised. We enjoyed the indoor pool too. The location is great as well. It's a quick walk to the main drag. It was a one night stay so we didn't get to try the cafe off the lobby. But I would stay again!”
