“If you love the magic of Christmas time this is a fantastic place to stay. Everything welcomes you to step into a magical world of lights and decor. The staff was amazing. We met many who have been staying at this inn for years. They knew the staff - and the staff knew them. Most places like this that have been around for years show decline and neglect. Not this inn.”

“Staff was friendly room was clean we didn’t use any amenities air conditioning was good. Would definitely recommend”

“Very good 10/10 would recommend very clean amazing staff and friendly people kids are allowed and the moutains are beautiful.”

“The room is clean and the waterpark is amazing! My son enjoyed the waterpark so much!! The building itself though as a whole i feel like needs some major renovation. Carpets look and smell old. Bathrooms need some updating too. The rooms and hallway feels creepy. I wish they will add some modern touch in their property soon!”

“Had a clean comfortable room with balcony overlooking Gatlinburg. Staff nice and helpful. Can take a short trolley ride from hotel into Gatlinburg without having to find parking or pay for parking.”

“The tub was dripping, so I informed the front desk—no apology, no gesture to make amends, just a smart aleck remark that I should have called the night before. I said that would either mean a room change or a handyman in our room at midnight—two women in the room. Wow!”

“Room was nice and comfortable, lots of clean towels refreshed daily. The breakfast is ample but could be better. Nice location and we very much enjoyed our stay!”

“Super clean! We saw ladies working morning til night. Best FULL , HOT breakfast. ALL staff were really friendly, easy parking, great shower, large room, excellent rate. So many amenities-cookies and flavored water in lobby, bottle refill stations, multiple elevators. Can’t say enough about this property. Our first time visit and now a favorite!”

“Our was very load because it was was next to the haunted house next to it very load. Elevators slow very outdated.”

“Kids loved the indoor water park. Room was nice staff helpful. Didn't care for the trying to sell you a time share all over the main lobby but it was nice”

“Great service clean room”

“I really like the location of this hotel. It has a beautiful creek just behind the buildings and nice walkway, some more lighting at night would be an especially nice improvement. The rooms are spacious and have a wood burning fireplace but my wife has sinus issues if we would have used that. This property shares the creek with the Carr Property and that was an issue with us along with several other guests because the Carr property evidently does not like the fallen leaves on their property. ...
